38 year old mother of 9 yr. old son is 5'4" 128 lb. 34 A to 36 B before surgery now 120 lb. 34D after periareolar, sub muscular breast augmentation with smooth round implants filled to 360 cc on the right and 375 cc on the left. Her very soft, mobile implants give a natural feel. Patient had general anesthesia with abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) at the same operation. 'After' photographs taken 11 months after surgery.

After, 34 C using submuscular 375 cc Mentor smooth implants filled to 425 cc
on the right and 400 cc on the left via periareolar incisions. 'After' photographs
taken 2.5 years after surgery. Patient had no recollection of surgery with Dr.
Pertsch's administration of IV/local conscious sedation anesthesia. (She returned
for liposuction and 2.5 years later returned from out of state to achieve more
fulness with size 510 implants filled to 540 R and 510L. Latest breast photos

woman was full 'B' in her 20's but she lost volume with age and weight loss.
Her desired volume and shape were achieved with saline, smooth, round Mentor
Corporation implants 475 cc minimum fill volume filled to 510 cc on both sides.
Implants placed under pectoralis major muscle though periareolar incisions.
Patient had no recollection of surgery after IV local anesthetic technique by
Dr. Pertsch. Post op photos taken two years and two weeks after surgery.

28-year-old mother of 6-year-old son lost much breast volume and shape
after nursing for two years.
R.B. is 5'8" tall, weighed 130 lb. and
was a 32 loose C brassiere size before surgery. She had always
wished to be a full C or D brassiere cup size. Anesthesiologist
was present for IV sedation. Sub muscular 420 cc McGhan saline
implants filled to 420 cc on the right and 430 cc on the
left. A breast lift (mastopexy) was performed at the same
surgery to reduce drooping and establish proper nipple areolar
position. Patient very happy with soft, mobile breasts and
32 D brassiere size. 'After' photographs taken only one month
after surgery.

41-year-old mother of three children was very happy after her
first breast augmentation performed elsewhere 12 years ago.
She had gone from a B- cup to a loose D or full C size. However,
after losing 30 lbs (170 -> 142) she lost much breast
volume. Also she had developed significant sagging. Although
a breastlift was discussed she wished to avoid the extra
scarring and proceed with larger silicone gel implants.
R.B. is 5'4" tall and weighed 145 lb. size 36 C with 280
cc gel implants before this surgery. After, patient very
happy with appearance using submuscular 600cc high profile
McGhan textured gel implants. While she can fit in a 36 D,
a 36 DD is more comfortable. 'After' photographs taken 6.5
months after surgery. Patient had no recollection of surgery
with Dr. Pertsch's administration of IV/local conscious sedation
anesthesia.
Original right-side implant had an undetected
rupture. Cohesive nature of gel held material together despite
break in capsule. Note: patient recalled being 280 cc both
sides and operative documentation was not available. At surgery,
right implant was actually 320 cc.
